ERG is seeking a highly motivated and energetic experienced environmental engineer with a background in drinking water, stormwater, and wastewater.
Specific duties include:
Manage multiple projects and small project teams simultaneously
Collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple clients and internal stakeholders
Ensure work is performed on time, on target, and on budget
Evaluate industrial processes for water use and wastewater generation
Conduct industrial sector reviews by evaluating reported environmental data to identify outliers or industry trends
Evaluate wastewater and drinking water treatment at industrial or municipal facilities
Assess stormwater management and green infrastructure
Evaluate pollution prevention technologies
Conduct environmental impact assessments

Candidates must have:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering
Minimum GPA of 3.0 (college transcripts required)
5 to 10 years of direct experience in the field of environmental engineering
Strong writing and communication skills and the ability to present project findings to different stakeholders, both orally and in writing
Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines, while providing quality client-ready deliverables
Ideal candidates will have experience with the following:
Managing environmental projects for federal clients
Wastewater treatment, drinking water treatment, stormwater, or green infrastructure
Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations and permitting requirements for all media
