We are looking for a dynamic personality who can be a single point of contact to manage the customer’s experience through their journey of getting solar panels installed on their house. This position is a central hub of directing communication from the customers to the various departments at Shine. You cannot get your feathers ruffled easily and must be able to bring the BEST in customer service every single day. You must be able to multitask and be computer literate. We work with multiple computer systems at the same time and are almost 100% paperless.
This position will assist with scheduling solar installation projects and will work closely with our permitting department. The best candidates will be detail oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the BEST communication skills both on the phone, and through email.
Experience in construction is a plus, but not required.

Salary: $19.00 to $21.00 /hour
