Vivint Solar is seeking a Solar Performance Specialist 1.
The Solar Performance Specialist (SPS) is a key contributor to the Solar Performance Center’s (SPC) scheduling process. They will provide real time support to the Field Service team, ensure great service to Vivint Solar customers, field employees and corporate employees.
Key Job Duties:
Own the scheduling customer experience for all operational solar customers in a geographical area
Utilize Click scheduling software
Communicate with customers to dispatch service appointments and answer any related questions to solar performance
Log customer interactions and appointment details into Salesforce and other related systems
Schedule service appointments with customer keeping technician routes optimal
Communicate with local offices to overcome scheduling challenges
Complete various scheduling tasks assigned by tier 2 schedulers
Necessary Skills and Experience:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Understanding of scheduling processes
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Able to handle many tasks at once in a fast-paced environment
Moderate Excel/Spreadsheets skill preferred
Proficient with the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Analytical skills preferred
2+ years scheduling or supervisory experience strongly preferred
