We seek versatile and highly motivated entry-level Environmental Scientist / Engineers who will play a key role in our dynamic Environment group servicing private and municipal clients across New England. Environmental Scientists will be involved in the planning, design and construction of various site assessment, remediation, brownfield, resource area permitting, environmental health & safety, environmental compliance, and demolition/cleanup projects.
Site/field work (e.g. drilling oversight, environmental sampling, remediation system monitoring, construction observation, resource areas delineation, site investigations)
Data research, compilation, analysis and technical report writing
BS degree (MS preferred) in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science
Must have a working fluency with various Microsoft Office applications. AutoCAD and GIS skills are a plus.
OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER training is preferred for positions that may require working on contaminated site
Ideal candidates will have a strong educational background and good interpersonal skills. Previous work experience/internships that show self-motivation and ability to work both independently and as a collaborative member of a team will be viewed as beneficial. Strong ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally is also an absolute requirement.
