The North Olympic Salmon Coalition (NOSC), a 501(c)(3) non-profit, seeks a full-time Volunteer and Education Program Manager. NOSC promotes robust wild salmon stocks for families, fishers and local economies by furthering restoration and education on the North Olympic Peninsula of WA. Full‐Time: Monday-Friday 40 hours per week, some evenings and weekends. Part time hours may be negotiable for the right person.
Salary: $30,000-$36,500 per year depending on experience.

Location: Port Hadlock, WA. NOSC’s focus area extends from East Jefferson to Clallam County along the Strait of Juan de Fuca on the Olympic Peninsula. We are 5 minutes from the beach, Olympic National Park is in our back yard, and we are three hours from Seattle and two ferries away from the San Juan Islands.
Position Summary: The Volunteer and Education Program Manager supports NOSC’s mission by managing a suite of well-respected education and volunteer programs across age groups. Working closely with and leading staff teams, partners and volunteers is critical to carrying out a breadth of programs and activities. Education program management will be for all programs across the region, volunteer and outreach program focus is primarily in the eastern part of NOSC’s region.
