Water & Wastewater Engineer or Senior Water & Wastewater Engineer

Join Team Salisbury as a Utilities Engineer or Senior Utilities Engineer (Water & Wastewater). Salisbury-Rowan Utilities is seeking motivated candidates who will be responsible for professional and technical work reviewing plans for water and sanitary sewer to ensure compliance with City codes and Uniform Construction Standards, as well as performing engineering calculations and analyses. The successful candidate will also assist with various utility planning activities, services, and programs. Minimum Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field and some experience in professional engineering work or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Possession of North Carolina driver’s license.

Utilities Engineer: Registration as an Engineering Intern (EI).

Senior Utilities Engineer: Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE).

Salary Range:

Engineer: $61,209.05 – $97,934.63 (Depending on Experience)

Senior Engineer: $74,400.11 – $119,040.18 (Depending on Experience)
